Shipping policy

Every Codex garment is made to order by our production partners.

Processing time

Most orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days after purchase. During launches, holidays, or periods of high demand, production may take longer. Processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is currently free where shown at checkout. Any available expedited or destination-specific charges are displayed before payment.

Delivery and tracking

Delivery estimates depend on the destination and carrier and begin after fulfillment is complete. Tracking information is emailed when it becomes available. Carrier and customs delays can occur after an order leaves production.

Separate shipments

Items in the same order may be produced at different facilities and can arrive in separate packages.

Address changes

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins, and additional shipping costs may apply if a package must be sent again.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking has not updated or a package has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, contact us at support@wearthecodex.store. Lost-transit claims should be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

International orders

International availability is shown at checkout. Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on the destination and are the customer's responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
