The Codex — Return & Refund Policy

1. Made-to-Order Production

Every Codex garment is produced on demand specifically for you. Because items are not pre-stocked, we do not accept routine returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size or color selected by the customer, or change of mind.

2. Defects, Damage, Misprints & Wrong Items

We stand behind the quality of every order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or is the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@wearthecodex.store with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your claim and, upon confirmation, issue a replacement or refund at our discretion. Do not return or mail any item without first receiving written instructions from us — unsolicited returns cannot be processed.

3. Lost or Missing Shipments

If your order has not arrived and tracking shows no delivery, contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date at support@wearthecodex.store with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and work toward a resolution.

4. Customer Address Responsibility

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. If a shipment is undeliverable or returned due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for any reshipping costs incurred.

5. Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted immediately after placing your order by contacting support@wearthecodex.store. Because production begins promptly, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has started. We will make every effort to accommodate requests received before production begins.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

7. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or waives any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction. Where local law grants you rights that cannot be excluded by contract, those rights remain fully in effect.
